From the project kick-off, we are focused on the delivery of the Engineering Drawing Package containing Assembly & Installation Production Drawings and associated Bill of Material.

At Basel Technik Aerospace GmbH, we are sized and equipped to engineer the most extensive range of VIP aircraft interiors, from the interior of the narrow-body Boeing Business Jet B737 series and Airbus Corporate Jet A320 family to the wide-body Airbus A340 and Boeing B747.

At Basel Technik Aerospace GmbH we have dedicated Interior Furnishing, Structural and Mechanical Systems Engineers as well as Designers for developing and adapting customized and comprehensive engineering packages for each individual aircraft project.

Utilizing our in-house capabilities, we are preparing the livery of your project as a global Engineering Package directly from our CAD equipped design office based in Switzerland, located in the heart of Western Europe.

During the entire Project Lifecycle our team works side-by-side with Craftsmen, Mechanics and Installers to optimize the Function and Design until the Final Aircaft Delivery.

This careful attention to design and functionality results in the highest quality of interior finishing.

Finite Element Model simulation tools are leading justification and optimization.

The accuracy of a turnkey data package results in a precise comprehension of the Project Design Specification.

This phase is performed in conjunction with feasibility studies driven by physical measurements taken by our operating team in each aircraft zone.

Technical Publication Documents that contain the necessary Component Maintenance Manuals and Illustrated Parts Catalogue come together with the entire engineering package.

For each project, you will get one dedicated project leader.

In matter of our Continuous Improvement Plan, it is important for us to register our customer request from a common source.

The Project Leader will be your Main Focus Point during the whole project and will dispatch your requests and wishes within our operating team ensuring you the best reliable coordination and records.
